Rage

Have you ever wondered why it is said to remain calm and composed? whether it is triggered emotion or angst, sentiments or huge laughter, every single time you are said to keep calm and think with peace in mind. No clue?
Let me tell you.. Because in rage of anger you are subconsciously giving a piece of your time, your part of brain to others. They will get to know the robustness of the situation you are explaining. A part of your energy, time and a precious part of your mind is transferring to others and they will use it against you (in most of the cases). Either they will tell you that okay its fine or they will simply listen to you and make their mind on the go against you, using your known thoughts. I know it's not easy to react against one's own will like you can't laugh when you are sad or smile when you are angry but through practice and making fun of your own will help you building it. I assure you, you will be meeting a different personage in yourself.
