You will doubt the reality

May be the Aliens found us. Maybe the animals around us are used as microphone by Aliens to keep an eye on us. Maybe they have created different creatures to spy us or they cracked the password of animal's brain for sneaking our lives. Don't you think NASA could have another motto inspite of "For the benefit of all". Everyone knows there are some secret files in NASA. They have kept secret to protect the earth or you?
This is a possibility.

Have you ever wondered why it is said to remain calm and composed? whether it is triggered emotion or angst, sentiments or huge laughter, every single time you are said to keep calm and think with peace in mind. No clue? Let me tell you.. Because in rage of anger you are subconsciously giving a piece of your time, your part of brain to others. They will get to know the robustness of the situation you are explaining. A part of your energy, time and a precious part of your mind is transferring to others and they will use it against you (in most of the cases). Either they will tell you that okay its fine or they will simply listen to you and make their mind on the go against you, using your known thoughts. I know it's not easy to react against one's own will like you can't laugh when you are sad or smile when you are angry but through practice and making fun of your own will help you building it. I assure you, you will be meeting a different personage in yourself.

Have you ever felt so bad after an insult that every good, positive feelings becomes smaller before that criticism. While being positive is so disgrace here.. Whether being a covid-19 positive or a positive person in real life.. In both the ways.. People are gonna hurt you, broke you but remember one thing.. The person who broke you does not have the courage to stand before you.. The only kind of people broke someone who cannot perform so brightly as you do. Nadir ( peak point of worse situation) happens and happens with every one but remember the bigger the mountain, the better you achieve the sense of fulfillment. They will try to goad (provoke) you to attempt even suicide but tell yourself.. No, I'll not end up like this..let me tell you one more thing, no one is going to save.. You have to remember that this is not a way you should be treated.
